In 1901, Franz Konrad Pesko opens a shoemaking shop in Bad Ragaz. This is the time when tourism in the Canton of Graubünden is still in its infancy. Yet visionary Franz Konrad Pesko recognises the emerging needs of guests and, in 1911, opens the first sporting goods store in Lenzerheide – under the name “Pesko”. Then as now, Pesko never stands still. And so, over the course of the years, the Galerie, the Espresso Bar, the branch at the Rothornbahn lift and several brand stores are all added.
